If offended, please try to think before you speak. It's a serious question asked in a reasonable way. In modern days NOBODY would believe her. The fact that people "believed" her back then can only imply three things :
1. She was really telling the truth and had undeniable evidence
2. She lied, her husband knew she was lying but in order to avoid public humiliation they all covered it up and the lie went out of control (lol)
3. Aliens kidnaped her but who would believe that aliens exist?
Seriously people, it's a joke. Try to laugh and throw away that misery. If writing a nasty comment makes you happy so be it. At least I'll know that either way I made good.
